This reads like Abbott & Costello's "Who's on First?" because a corporate attorney and expert on mergers can't even figure it out. Once private ownership is stripped away in favor of state ownership, what we are left with is destruction and chaos, and a bloated, inefficient company that no one has an interest in making profitable.
