I had to write you regarding an incredible experience at the grocery store today. I mentioned to the cashier that the price of cream has gone up by quite a bit in the last year. He replied,"It is because of the money they are printing. You know the 700 billion dollars? They don't have it. They will just run the printing presses. You know a 1 ounce gold coin bought the same thing in 1920 that it does now. Maybe we should be on the gold standard." My wife stood there in disbelief as she has heard me reciting the same things ad nauseum for the last 2 years.

If this hadn't just happened to me, I would be doubtful. But It did.
