This is so obvious. The Dems want to drag the Reps off the cliff with them.

If this is such a great idea for the nation, the Dems would convene and gleefully pass the Billionaire Bailout. I think we can now put that in caps.

But they know the people are against them. They need the usual bipartisan conspiracy to screw the people.
