Warrants? We Don't Need No Stinkin' Warrants!

Last year at the 25th Anniversary celebration of the LVMI, Judge Andrew Napolitano spoke about how the colonials stood against the self-written warrants that British authorities were using against them. As Lew has pointed out, it seems that the FBI is going one step further.

The FBI now really does not need any good reason to investigate anyone, at least if these new rules actually are implemented. FBI agents can investigate whomever they want and use whatever tactics they prefer. There are no more legal safety nets out there; if the authorities target someone, that is it.
