Police State Arizona

A 13-year-old girl was strip-searched in 2003 at her public school for suspected possession of ibuprofin. The Ninth Circuit Appeals Court condemned it, but a dissenting judge warned, “Seemingly innocuous items can, in the hands of creative adolescents, present serious threats.” A teenager in potential possession of Advil is surely worth preempting with the police state, which does not “present serious threats” at all.
