After my post which cited two cases where accountants who allegedly were applying the theories of Cracking the Code were ordered to stop doing so, I have learned that supporters of the book want a chance to respond.

No problem. Send me the response and I’ll post it (unless it’s War and Peace length). If you have any modern (post-1970) legal opinions that support your position, that would be great.

But please respond to the two federal court cases. I’m not a federal judge. I didn’t write the opinions and I can’t help you if you find yourself in front of a federal judge on a tax issue. I wish I could but I can’t.
