Well, sort of. He said yesterday that McCain will have a hard time beating Obama because he’s not conservative enough to present a stark contrast with his leftist opponent. That is, only a solid conservative stands much of a chance of beating Obama (or Hillary, for that matter). Of course, there was only one solid conservative in the race–the one Jim Ostrowski (among others) insisted was the only one who could beat the Dems this year–and Limbaugh and his ilk denigrated and marginalized him to the best of their ability. Now Limbaugh is worried that the GOP candidate isn’t conservative enough to win. It’s hard to feel sorry for him.
