As I mentioned previously, I am trying to determine whether Paul’s expected vote total in primaries correlated to the number of donors he has from that state. With Paul’s voter:donor ratio now at 18.76 (106,414 votes/5672 donors) yields 86,395 projected Paul votes in Florida. If turnout is the same as it was in 2000 (700,000), that would garner 12.34% of the vote. 700,000 voters represents about a 25% turnout of registered republicans.
