Staffers for former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani's presidential campaign have been asked to work without pay, according to a report by CNN.

Rudy only had $7 million cash on hand at the end of December and he spends lavishly so it makes sense that he's broke. And who in their right mind would give him money now?
