Now that Ecuador demands a quid-pro-quo - an Ecuadorian military base in Miami in exchange for a renewed lease on a U.S. base in Ecuador - I suppose the neocons, Faux News, and other sociopaths who long for the "glories" of imperial war, will take this as the expression of an intent to invade Florida! How can America hope to have a war against the rest of the world unless other countries cooperate?
