McCain Is an Idiot

While I agree with Karen that McCain seems to have a certain humanity in him -- sort of in the way that Anakin Skywalker was buried deep within Darth Vader's conflicted soul — and, unlike many of the other fascists, he possesses a fundamental decency that might lead him to think a second or two before nuking a million innocent people, and maybe even to lose a couple hours of sleep over it afterwards, I must say I still think the guy is, at a minimum, an idiot. Or an arrogant moron, or something.

Why? Well, after Ron Paul eloquently explained the fraud of central bank inflation, McCain muttered something about how the economy was strong and then dared to suggest to Ron that he read the Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith.

What arrogance? To suggest to Ron that he bone up on his free market economics? He's either a disingenuous creep, a patronizing slime or a total imbecile. Ron Paul has devoted more than three decades to rigorous self-education on economics. I would bet it all that Dr. No has read everything worth reading that McCain could even name, plus all the crucial literature of the Austrian school. I would guess he knows his bad economic theory as well, just so as to understand the enemy.

Who here thinks McCain even read the Wealth of Nations? I wouldn't be surprised if all he could recall from it is the "invisible hand" catch phrase. To think this fraud and shell of a man would attack Dr. Paul for not knowing his market economics! What's he going to do next? Embarrass himself by accusing Ron of never having seen a baby delivered?
