I noticed this first with Bill O'Reilly, though it applies to David Limbaugh and all of them: they claim that "constitutional rights" apply only to Americans (in good standing with the government), not to all human beings. That is, they assert that our rights are granted to us by the government and are not natural, i.e., neocons are totalitarians.
