I love the "helping others" series of soft-sell tv ads that this insurance company runs, but they always make me remember this: when it was discovered that one of their senior analysts had fundamentally criticized the Federal Reserve, his office was locked and security guards tossed him out of the building. Establishment financial firms know which side their bread is buttered on.
