Yesterday during a debate on reinstating the draft on MSNBC's "Hardball," Washington Times editor Tony Blankley commented that one reason a draft would not help the military is that there are to many fat kids in the US who are ineligible for the draft.

Several years ago I predicated an alliance between the health nazis and the neocons on the grounds that the "obesity crisis" threatens national security. Blankley's comment suggest my prediction could come true.
