Dr. FEMA and Mr. Formaldehyde

In response to my post about the formaldehyde-laden trailers FEMA provided to victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, Vince Daliessio, “a Certified Industrial Hygienist, working for a laboratory that tests air samples for formaldehyde, among other substances,” wrote me a lengthy and detailed email about the whole situation. He has since expanded on it a bit and posted it here. It’s well worth reading if you want to know just how deadly these government-supplied trailers (the used ones of which, as Vince points out, FEMA is now trying to sell to the public) really are.
