The US plans to use drones to spy and kill everywhere. They forget that something so simple and cheap can become a deadly weapon against  a Global Empire that is exposed worldwide, maybe a guerrilla war-winning weapon like the IED's in Iraq and Afghanistan, but much smaller, hard to detect, and cheap.
