Only in the greatest military-industrial complex that mankind has ever known would people who killed other people WHO DID NOT DO ONE DAMN THING TO THEM be rewarded by receiving financial aid from four major beneficiaries of the military-industrial complex to pay for the retired killers' job skills education. If those four companies were in such need of new employees, there were plenty of peaceful, unemployed people here already that could have used such largesse from General Electric Co, Alcoa Inc, Boeing Co and Lockheed-Martin Corp in order to get back into the workforce.

I guess it's just the military-industrial complex's way of saying, "Thanks for a money-making massacre well done!"
