A 62-year-old Alaskan flying out of Fairbanks’ airport (we’ll presume: the article doesn’t explicitly tell us) checked a bag “contain[ing] a marijuana brownie, two pipes and about 2.5 grams of marijuana in a film canister and pill bottle.” One of the TSA’s thieves found the goodies while rifling the bag in direct contradiction of the Fourth Amendment and, naturally, purloined them. This despite the fact that Alaska's serfs may possess small quantities of pot for medical purposes.
“That evening…Hargesheimer called TSA, asked to speak to a supervisor and reported that a TSA officer had stolen his marijuana. The TSA official told him airport police had seized it, not stolen it.”
Ah, the awesome magic of a couple of letters! They turn the immoral moral and tyranny into a sociopathic satire on freedom.
