On MSNBC today, in a discussion of what is to become of Michael Jackson’s children, guests and hosts alike vociferously agreed that, while his stated instructions in his Will, and the wishes of the “birth mother” should be taken into account, it is only a government judge who knows best, and can make all final decisions when it comes to the welfare of children.
