Just wanted to let you know that today, after more than 14 years, I am getting out of the Military. Why am I telling you this? I have been reading your site for years, but mainly for the economic articles. Then Hurricane Katrina came, and I was deployed on the "Front Lines" in New Orleans (I will not go into any detail about that here, that would be it's own article!).

After my return from that disaster I had a new view of the government I had so willingly served before. Suddenly all the articles I never paid much attention to on your site started to make sense. I made my decision shortly after to leave the Military, and have been waiting out my time since. The day has finally come and I am no longer a member of the war machine.

I just wanted to say thanks to you and the other authors at LewRockwell.com. The articles do have an impact, and I am very thankful to have found your site.
