(Actually, I don't "hate" anything.) Our Orwellian gunvernment has just passed HR 249-175 "Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act."

What I've never been able to figure out is: If there are "hate" crimes, does that mean that there are also "love" crimes?

Ask Fred Goldman if he finds comfort in knowing that this was not a "hate" crime because his son Ron was brutally murdered by O.J. Simpson NOT because he was white, NOT because he was Jewish, but because he was an eyewitness.

Ask the Russians and Chinese who were starved to death by Stalin and Mao if they thought, "Phew, at least we aren't being murdered for our religious beliefs--like those Jews that Hitler murdered."

ALL crimes are "hate" crimes. Why? Because a criminal perpetrating a crime obviously HATES property rights--whether it be the "property" of your body or the property of your personal possessions.
