Is anybody listening to Obama's speech right now, talking about the "new energy revolution?" He is consistently pausing for long periods, stumbling over his words, stopping and starting in mid-thought, fumbling for simple words, and generally, he sounds like he's been thrown into the pit without his teleprompeter or his tongue. I've never heard such awkward speech. George W. Bush was an orator next to this guy.
