Cato’s Proudest Moment

According to Ed Crane, it was when Bill Clinton briefly considered creating “one more government program”, one that Cato had been advocating for twenty years (and which the Bush administrtion also toyed with).

The “proudest moment” comment is in the print version of this article, although pseudo-privatization of social security is mentioned here.
