At 6am on December 3rd, a tax revolt convoy will leave from Buffalo and travel to Albany for a noon rally on the Capitol steps to urge an end to corporate welfare and outright repeal of the state gas tax of 32.4 cents per gallon.
At 1:30pm in the Albany County Courthouse across the street, the Mother of All Taxpayer Lawsuits will be argued by me on behalf of over fifty NY citizens.
Economist William L. Anderson has filed an affidavit as our expert witness in the case.
