Wayne Allyn Root, the Libertarian party vice presidential candidate, says that the Sarah Palin nomination is the end for Obama. Libertarian party founder David Nolan, on the other hand, thinks McCain made a huge error with Palin. Besides, says Nolan, she has "too many family responsibilities" to be veep. The Libertarian party is suing the Maine secretary of state to get Barr-Root on the ballot after their late signatures were rejected. Tomorrow in Minnesota, there are seven candidates for the Independence party's nomination for US senate, including Dean Barkley, Jesse Ventura's appointment in 2002 to finish out Paul Wellstone's term. Ralph Nader and Ventura ralled in Minnesota to open up the duopoly-run presidential debates. Jesse was eloquent on this point at Ron Paul's Rally for the Republic.
