Writes Adam Bremer: “As a conservative who kind of ‘woke up’ when I heard Ron in the early debates (and then I gave money and went to his rally in Nashville) I appreciate your site, and check it on a daily basis. Although I will say here early that while I love your types of guys, I don’t agree with everything your buds say, especially regarding most of your sports thoughts (although 100% on the yankee song crap).
“I just find it fascinating that as political junkies, we have basically the EXACT cable tv watching habits. I hate to admit it, at the age of 26 now, that I used to be a Fox regular from late high school through college. However since the day I heard Ron speak the truth in a debate, watching Fox has been next to impossible, if only to hear how stupid I used to be, that I watched O’Rielly and agreed with him. But CNN is boring, and MSNBC seems to be the only watchable channel, and my girlfriend and I have enjoyed Morning Joe since it started. Although I would like to say its been a little disapointing since Joe came back from the baby being born; while he was gone Paddy B. had more facetime with Barnicle; that was when the show hit its apex. It is still the best morning show, but not quite as good. I just wanted to say it’s a joy to read your blog about cable tv because I usually feel the exact same way and have watched each episode you blog about. It’s great.
“If you see Ron during his big week, you should repeat (because I’m sure its been told to him a lot) that he made A LOT of progress and saved A LOT of conservative minds from neo-conservatism and Republican statism. He is a true hero, and his integrity is something to be admired. Sure he didn’t win, and probably couldn’t, but he did the RIGHT thing and I’m so grateful he went out there and battled the real evildoers.”
