Which Bush do you believe?

“America keeps its word,” the president brayed in Baghdad (please ignore the fact that he had bypassed America’s Constitution to get us there. “America” hadn’t said a word.).

But now, as Lew often reminds us, Bush has broken America’s word to Russia, and Arnaud de Borchgrave, who actually knows the difference between Atlanta and Tbilisi, spells it out:
