On one of the morning shows today Rudy Giuliani was campaigning to be McKill’s VP candidate by criticizing Obama for opposing the “surge.” If it were not for the surge, said Rudy, there would probably be a civil war in Iraq. Kind of like the one that’s been going on there for the past five years, I suppose.
