Chief Justice Roberts Gets His Bob Dylan Wrong

In what was probably the first ever Supreme Court dissent in which a justice cited a rock lyric, Chief Justice Roberts messed up the lyrics to greatest hit “Like a Rolling Stone.” And people trust this guy to interpret the ins and outs of constitutional and statutory law? One could say his paraphrase didn’t change the substantive meaning in Dylan’s double-negative, but this seems like very poor jurisprudential form for an originalist. Thanks to Scott Roberts for the link.
