The Devil's Wars

Posted by Lew Rockwell at July 4, 2008 06:00 PM

Early Christians thought that Roman and Greek gods might be demons. This was especially true of the gods of war, Mars and Ares. And now it turns out that Aleister Crowley (1875-1947), the most important Luciferian of his time, helped plot WWI and WWII, or--rather--the entry of the US into both wars as an important agent of British Naval intelligence. Or so says Richard B. Spence in his book, Secret Agent 666: Aleister Crowley, British Intelligence and the Occult. I have not read this book, but after hearing a two-hour interview with him by Ian Punnett on Coast to Coast, I ordered it. How approprate that a Devil-worshipper helped bring about the sinking of the Lusitania, and the deaths of so many illions.
