Never Trust a Prohibitonist

Posted by Lew Rockwell on June 2, 2008 11:02 AM | Post a civil, substantive, and intelligent comment

The crazed and government-connected Mothers Againt Drunk Driving, in cahoots with the government police, has terrorized more high school students. In this case, a government cop enters a government classroom, announces that a student has been killed by a drunk driver, reads a brief eulogy, and leaves a single rose on the student’s desk. The other students are horrified and weeping.

It is all a propaganda trick–the kid is alive–designed to traumatize the students in favor of prohibition. Note how the stupido-kowtowing newspaper justifies the whole rotten scheme.

My own view is, of course, diametrically opposed to the prohibitionist mothers. I want to legalize drunk driving.
