What a hilarious story! Cops these days can quite literally taser all they want and go unscathed. Yet a college student throws some M&Ms at the police and gets arrested for assault. Had he used a Baby Ruth or one of those giant one pound Hershy's, the college kid would have probably been fried at the chair.
