The empire always has more excuses to keep killing those who resist it, but there is only one right answer to the Iraqi debacle: negotiate with the resistance for a ceasefire, and then retreat, go, leave, scram. This doesn't restore the million dead and billons in destruction that the Coalition of the Willing Neocons is responsible for. But it does stop further harm by the US. Here is Gen. Unfortunately, given the US imperial legal system, the survivors in Iraq will not be able to sue Bush, Cheney, the pentagram, the congress, the munitions manufacturers, the NY Times, FOX, etc. for damages.
