I agree that they make it difficult to go third party for President but the way the three candidates keep shooting themselves in the foot makes you wonder.
McCain was either confused or never knew about Iran being a Shiite nation. Barack throws gramma under the bus. Hillary lands "under sniper fire” (the least of the three gaffes in my view).
Here's the scenario. McCain is a sure loser barring even more self-destructive behavior by the Dems.
If a credible libertarian conservative candidate emerged, and if enough people could be persuaded of the fact that McCain has no chance, then anything could happen.
Perhaps Ron Paul should give it a second look (that’s what people are telling me).
