Good for my old friend, Mickey Edwards, for going after the chilling Cheney, who is busy scheming more mass murder in the Middle East and a presidential dictatorship here at home. Mickey was also the first, some years ago, to explain the trouble with congressional term limits–that they further empower the executive over the legislature.
