Writes T.C. Bell: "This is an interesting story and another reason to fear an Obama administration, the most doveish (sad to say) of the Big Three.
"I find it funny that one of the quotes that is under scrutinity is this one:
We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and thePentagon, and we never batted an eye. We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America's chickens are coming home to roost.
Now I was a freshman in high school when 9/11 happened. I read The Autobiography of Malcolm X a couple of months after the events of 9/11. In the book, El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz is censored by the Nation of Islam because he was quoted as saying that Kennedy's death was a case of 'chickens coming home to roost.' Hmm, I thought at age 15 when I read the book.
"The fact that Mr. Obama has to 'speak out' against this is very disheartening. He loves the 'I'll go after al Qaeda/the Taliban in Afghanistan by reducing troops in Iraq' line. Please remember that Obama is the Messiah. That means he can do things Bush is too unpopular to do; like bomb Pakistan and/or Iran. Truly, a neo-con miracle! I hope you noticed this piece by TNR's Mr. Peretz in the War Street Journal: Obama Abroad."
