This Gilbert and Sullivan-ish title would go to Eliot Spitzer -- at least in the eyes of the former libertarians who now call themselves "cosmopolitans." For those readers who haven't been paying attention, a "cosmopolitan" is someone who has abandoned the traditional libertarian credo of "Our Enemy, the State," and replaced it with "Celebrate Depravity."
