Is anyone here surprised that not one of the comments posted in response to Powell's piece at the History News Network is positive? One would assume that a place with history in its name might be inclined to permit genuine discussion and debate over actual historical events, but apparently some topics, such as the righteousness of Father Abraham's war, are closed to any alternate interpretations.
