This is buried in the report on the latest Rasmussen poll of Missouri voters -- they don't ask who people would vote for, but they ask:
Which GOP candidate most in tune with the needs of Missouri?
Ron Paul gets 8%, two points behind Thompson and Romney, and five points behind Giuliani and McCain.
