Why would the National Review endorse a man who is finished if he doesn’t win Iowa — a state where he’s been down by 16 and 22 points in the last two polls? The Romney issue of National Review will still be on store shelves at Caucus time.
I honestly believe that Romney will spend everything he has (to bus in voters, whatever) in order to come out on top. But I would just love a Huckabee win over Romney (if Paul doesn’t win), which would decimate Romney’s support and make it a 5-way tie (within the Margin of error) in the New Hampshire Polls between Paul, Romney, Benito, McCain, and Huckabee — we then win with the higher turnout.
