All the “emaciated poor people one sees kneeling over in America’s streets” don’t suffer with the undignified horrors of basic cable – surely thay have the premium movie channel packages, satellite dishes, and/or the pro sports channels! Of course, thanks to my bonus being lopped off at 50% before I ever see it, I can “afford” to subsidize their food, utilities, Internet access, and medical so that they can make the cable bill and afford their daily fast food and carry-outs.
