Lew, notice that most of the comments to that youtube are pro-cop. Americans see abuses like this and often blame the victim. This is of course why we have a growing police state – the people put up with it, look the other way, or even cheer it on. Very sad. In a more civil society, the aggressive law enforcer would be fired, at a minimum, for abusing his customers.
