Huebert, what is so funny about this Volokh post is the fact he says, at the end of his post: “I’ll open comments, but if they get to the point where they need moderation, I’m going to delete the offending comments and close further comments.” So, in other words, I’ll smear Dr. Paul and his supporters with my offensive exaggerations, lies, and hyperbole, but don’t any of you dare come back at me with a logical attack of my crazed pronouncement. Also, note that in the same paragraph where he tells us how “libertarian” he is, he says, “I thought Giuliani was about as good a mayor as New York is going to get.”
