None of the neocon smears against Ron and his supporters will work, for two reasons: first, he is a man of tranparent integrity and decency, unlike all the others; and two, the internet has changed the rules. In the past, smears tended to work because the bad guys dominated the media; now we have the new media, like LRC, and the result is that smears undermine the smear artists.
To the extent that Hannity, O'Reilly, Beck, and the rest libel the Paulians, their own reputations and audiences will decline. Watch it happen over the coming months, and revel in it.
