Tonight John Stewart played a “clip” of a Q&A that Benito was engaged in over the subject of illegal water torture. Someone asks him if he would condone it as president, to which he responded: “It depends on who’s doing it and how it’s done.”
As Bill Clinton would say, it all depends on the meaning of the word “torture.”
