However one thing that seems to be missed is that the spambots are not spamming for Ron Paul, they aren't someone trying to discredit support for Ron Paul, but rather are spammers working in their self interest by picking a subject to get people to open the email they spew forth. It is the same as 'hot girls want you', 'free laptop computer', 'cheap viagra', and countless other subject lines designed to entice the person getting the spam to open it and read it.
"It's Wired and others playing rather dirty (guess that's politics) to say that spammers are behind Ron Paul support when the real story is that the spammers see Ron Paul supporters as a viably large population to target their spam to."
