For the good of the people, Edwards is proposing another New Deal complete with higher minimum wage, housing vouchers, universal pre-k and a program called “College for Everyone,” all to reduce economic inequality.
John Edwards is so compassionate that he’s going to ask (hah!) Americans to make sacrifices and pay higher taxes.
Mr. Edwards, if you really are asking me, I’m going to have to reject your plan. Instead, I’ll ask you to wear the economic dunce cap and take a timeout.
