The driving force of socialism, and its descendants like neoconservatism, is envy. Still I ws surprised to hear that Glenn Beck has almost exulted in the Malibu wildfire, since it is burning the homes of rich people who "hate America."
To "hate America" is, of course, to disagree with the Unitary Executive and his wars and global hegemony.
