Bush is sending in FEMA.
When WNY had a wierd storm last year, the local politicians held back on cleanup so they could show the mess to the feds and grab cash. FEMA was incredibly slow in responding. In the end, FEMA probably cost us more trees than the storm did. They made it profitable to cut down healthy trees!
Thanks for all the tree stumps, FEMA!
