Okay Lew, I'll grant you that the Red Sox deserve high marks for being the archenemies of the Yankees whom I loathe with every fiber of my being.
They're certainly anti-establishment compared to the ever-repugnant Yankees, but we're still talking about a team that represents Massachusetts for goodness sake. Massachusetts!
You've seen that map of Ron Paul's fundraising success. What region of the country is just one big sea of red? The Rocky Mountain West. What Color is Massachusetts? A weak pink. Or should I say pinko?
In short, Rockies Victory = Ron Paul Victory. The West IS Ron Paul country. Hayek once said that mountains "breathe freedom." Colorado is a land of entrpreneurs who breathe the free mountain air.
And don't even get me started on that junior hack league known as the "American" League.
